These terms govern your use of the LoyalTV app and services, operated by Illumeably. By using LoyalTV, you agree to them.

1. What LoyalTV is

LoyalTV lets you scan a code at a participating shop, complete a promotional offer, and receive store credit to spend at that shop. Store credit is a merchant-funded promotional reward — it is not money, a bank product, or a general-purpose gift card.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to use LoyalTV. You're responsible for the accuracy of your email and for activity under your account. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email.

3. Offers

Offers are provided by third-party partners and shops. Completion is determined by the partner's tracking. Offers may change or end at any time, and some may have their own terms or eligibility requirements.

4. Store credit

• Location-locked. Credit can only be redeemed at the shop where you earned it.
• Not cash. It has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, resold, or combined across shops.
• Expiration. Credit may expire; we'll show the expiry and, where possible, remind you before it lapses.
• Forfeiture. Credit obtained through fraud, abuse, or error may be voided.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse LoyalTV — no fraud, fake completions, automated abuse, interfering with the service, or violating law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

6. Disclaimers & liability

LoyalTV is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Illumeably is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the value of store credit at issue.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service, and you may stop using LoyalTV and delete your account at any time (Account → Delete my account).
